In a highly competitive market, TM needed to increase its unifi mobile subscriptions at the lowest cost per acquisition possible. We came up with a way to give TM employees an opportunity to increase their income while helping us achieve our objective.

For every subscriber TM employees managed to sign up, they get to earn the monthly corresponding value of the plan they sold. 

Mass participation was ensured by making the programme so simple to join and sell. Everything and anything needed to sell a unifi mobile plan was hosted on the Orang Kaya Baru app.
