Malaysians tend to respond well to emotional content during Ramadhan, a period of introspection. This led to a highly engaging piece of content that involved a ‘prank’ on Sharp’s brand ambassador.
A double surprise for Sharp’s celebrity ambassador, Zahirah Macwilson, started with us discovering that she has not seen her mom (who lives in Perth) for over 7 months due to work commitments.
So, we planned a special reunion that was the key content we promoted heavily on social media. Anyone who watched the reunion video will then be retargeted with Sharp’s Raya sales ad.
